START
Begin lying down on your back with both your arms resting by the sides. Always ensure that the leg cord is secure around both ankles.


FINISH
Keeping both legs straight, extend your left leg up in front of the body. This exercise will strengthen and tone the medial gluteals and quadriceps muscles of the legs. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
